bootstrap-biz右上角登入的路徑

tad老師好:

若使用bootstrap-biz佈景，登出後右上角會有一顆登入的按鈕，按下去會出現

The requested URL /class/modules/tad_web/user.php was not found on this server.

請問是我的問題嗎?
